Foundation S shared on LinkedIn:
“Patient safety relies on the unwavering commitment of physicians who devote their careers to advancing the quality of care.
One of them is Dr. Leila Tamaoui, Assistant Professor in Neurology at the University Hospital of Rabat, and part of our rare disease program. Through the Sanofi Rare Humanitarian Program, she helps patients with Lysosomal Storage Disorders gain access to enzyme replacement therapy – treatment otherwise unavailable locally.
At Foundation S, we are committed to empowering healthcare workers worldwide: strengthening their training and equipping them to face evolving challenges, from rare diseases to childhood cancer.
As we mark World Patient Safety Day, we thank Dr. Tamaoui and our global physician community for their work in service of those most in need.”
