Anne Tsao, Vice-President of Academic Affairs at MD Anderson Cancer Center, shared a post on LinkedIn:
”One of the true joys of my academic career is teaching at the IASLC Academy, and this week in Barcelona has been no exception. Spending time with the mentees is always a highlight for me – their energy, ideas, and passion remind me just how bright the future of thoracic oncology is. Congratulations to all of you – your potential is enormous, and it’s an honor to be part of your journey.
To my fellow mentors, thank you for the gift of your insights and friendship. I always walk away having learned as much from you as from the experience itself.
And a heartfelt thank you to Rami Manochakian and Christian Rolfo, for leading this year’s Academy with such vision and dedication.
Here’s to the next generation of leaders in our field – the future is in very good hands.”
