1. Don’t treat smoldering MM
2. Don’t follow MGUS with routine labs
3. Don’t use Zometa q1 most
4. Don’t use denosumab
5. Don’t follow MRD outside of trial
6. Don’t use drugs with no meaningful impact yet high toxicity
