ESMO4Carers: ESMO’s attention to the wellbeing of its members and the entire ONE oncology community is at the heart of the Society’s commitment. The ESMO Resilience Task Force has just published new evidence-based recommendations to manage Psychosocial Risks and foster wellbeing in the Oncology Workforce.
Burnout is a global issue with high prevalence in Europe, impacting Oncology Professionals across all career stages. These recommendations identify key actionable recommendations for individual healthcare wellbeing of Medical Oncologists.
