“Retrospective study (n=546): in adv. Lung adeno, ROS1+ had the highest thromboembolic event (TE) risk (32.5% overall, 17.5% peri-dx), followed by RET+ (21.7%) & ALK+ (19.5%). Only ROS1+ remained significant in multivariate. TE ↓ OS in EGFR+. Prophylaxis?”
