Study of patients with symptomatic Waldenström macroglobulinemia finds cumulative SPM incidence 4.0% and 7.2% at 5 and 10 yrs; transformation to high-grade NHL accounting for death from WM or other cause at 5 and 10 yrs was 2.1% and 3.4%.”
