“Myeloma Paper of the Day: Final analysis of ALCYONE shows median OS of 83.0 months with D-VMP vs. 53.6 with VMP; most common grade 3/4 TEAEs were neutropenia, thrombocytopenia and anemia; deaths due to TRAEs 1% in both; SPMs 8% with D-VMP vs. 6% for VMP.”
