“Myeloma Paper of the Day: Updated long-term MAIA outcomes show PFS for DRd 61.9 vs 34.4 mos for Rd; median OS NR vs. 65.5 mos, 60-month OS rates 66.6% and 53.6%; MRD negativity 32.1% vs 11.1%, sustained MRD negativity (≥18 months) 16.8% vs 3.3%.”
