In a multicenter study (n=708), glucarpidase use was linked to:
- 2.7x ↑ kidney recovery.
- Faster renal recovery (aHR 1.88).
- ↓ grade ≥2 neutropenia & transaminitis.
- No change in mortality.
A potential game-changer in managing MTX toxicity.”
