“12-year outcomes of cystectomies in NMIBC.
- Upstaging: pT2 (12.68%), pT3 (8.2%), pT4 (4.2%), pN+ (8.2%)
- OS: 49%, CSS: 76%
- 1:4 patients upstaged to>pT2
Biggest takeaway here… understaging of NMIBC is wild.”
