Giuseppe Curigliano, MD, PhD, is President-Elect of the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) and Editor-in-Chief of ESMO Open. He is Director of the Early Drug Development Division and Co-Chair of the Experimental Therapeutics Program at the European Institute of Oncology, Milan, and a member of the Italian National Health Council.
