“Happy to share a paper from my group that was recently published in Hematologica. In this paper, we summarises the current knowledge on the mechanisms of resistance to immunomodulatory drugs In myeloma. These drugs are mainstay in myeloma treatment. Resistance is an important mechanism for treatment failure, so understanding the biology and rationally designing strategies to overcome resistance is important.”
