“The European School of Oncology is pleased to welcome EU Former Commissioner of Health and Food Safety (2019-2024) Mrs Stella Kyriakides, from Nicosia, Cyprus, as Co-Chair of the Advisory Board and Senior Lecturer in Cancer Policies.
A recognised voice in European health policy, Mrs Kyriakides will contribute to shaping ESO’s Strategic Plan 2026–2028 and further support our mission to develop high-quality cancer education and care for all.
Her involvement will reinforce ESO’s commitment to providing impactful oncology training across Europe, including non-EU countries, Eastern European regions up to Eurasia, and culturally connected areas such as the Mediterranean area and Latin America.
