“Real-world study (n=390).
6 month adjuvant chemotherapy in pT4N0 colon cancer increased 3y OS to 98% vs 62% without; RFS: 78% vs 54%.
Oxaliplatin-based doublets cut death (HR 0.21) and recurrence (HR 0.48). MSI (25%) had no impact.
R0 resection in 97%.”
