“Leadership in oncology plays a key role in improving cancer outcomes. The 2022 ‘Improving Cancer Outcomes and Leadership Course’, developed by the European School of Oncology, the European Cancer Organisation, and SPCC (Sharing Progress in Cancer Care), provided early and mid-career cancer healthcare professionals with the skills to drive strategic planning, health research, and change management.
Two years later, the impact remains strong, with 87% of participants advancing their projects presented during the breakout sessions.
