“Lactic acidosis in lymphomas, ASH24 :
– 1259 patientts, 58 with lactate due to lymphoma, 72 percent aggressive diagnosis.
– median lactate: 1.7 mmol/L
– higher lactate equals worse survival (median survival 46 days if lactate more than 1.4!)
– AST/ALT ratio more than 1 equals worse survival in patients with lactate When the MICU calls!
