Obesity vs. normal weight
- worse OS: breast cancer, glioblastoma;
- better OS: GI, lung and renal cancers;
Underweight vs. normal weight
- worse OS: breast, GI, lung, head and neck cancers
Weight loss vs. nonweight change
- worse OS: GI cancers
Keeping normal body weight before and after diagnosis of the cancer may be the best.”
