Johanna Olweus, Professor at Faculty of Medicine, University of Oslo, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Our paper is out – a huge team effort in Oslo! We are excited that a TCR targeting a single, shared neoantigen in b-catenin can be so effective in patient-derived mouse models – small molecule inhibitors have failed. And that quantifying the target by mass spectrometry (immunopeptidomics) can guide in which targets to go after.
Brilliant work by talented PhD student and first author Maria Stadheim Eggebø!”
