  • Median OS not reached in Experiment-1 (treatment naive) and Experiment-3A (prior crizotinib ± CT)
  • 37.4 months in Experiment-3B (prior 2nd gen ALK TKI ± CT)
  • 19.2 months in Experiment-4-5 (>2 ALK TKI ± CT)
  • Permanent discontinuation rate due to AEs 13%”
