Ajay Major, Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, shared a post on X about a new abstract by Jennifer Crombie, Hematologist/oncologist at Dana Farber’s Cancer Center:
“Liso-cel in DLBCL with secondary CNS diagnosis.
- 36 patients (CIBMTR), 83% parenchymal, 97% active diagnosis at CAR
- ORR 64%, CR 53%, 1-yr DOR 55%
- 1-yr PFS 36%, OS 39%, almost all deaths from POD
- G3 CRS 8%, ICANS 22% (no G4-5)
Still bad outcomes in this setting.”
