“Impact of HER2 Negative blockade with trastuzumab +/- pertuzumab in addition to chemo in patients with resectable gastric cancer.
Not the same parallels as in breast cancer. No added benefit with patients getting FLOT.
Maybe trastuzumab if shrinkage required.”
