This field brings together what I value most in medicine – the challenge of treating complex illnesses and the privilege of standing by patients during some of the hardest times in their lives.
Stepping into the Chief Resident role has already been a humbling experience – a reminder that leadership starts with listening, staying present, and supporting your team.
I’m deeply grateful to the mentors who’ve supported, challenged, and believed in me throughout this journey. Your guidance has made all the difference.
