“Is AI transforming medicine?

In a review of 86 trials, 81% showed +ve outcomes, with AI improving diagnosis, care management and clinical decisions.

Areas -Gastro (43%): Polyp detection is up by 76% -Radiology (13%): Enhanced imaging diagnostics. -Surgery -Cardiology.

Challenges ahead:

– 63% of trials were single-center, limiting broader application.

– Only 19% followed transparency standards (CONSORT-AI)

Next steps: Multicenter studies, diverse populations, and patient-focused outcomes.”
