The 4th Annual End Lung Cancer Gathering was held at November 8th at Indianapolis. It aimed to educate and empower advocates on the critical role of clinical trials in advancing lung cancer treatment. The event featured expert presentations on how lung cancer advocates could drive research efforts, interactive breakout sessions to create a research participation toolkit, and networking opportunities for attendees to connect with healthcare professionals, researchers, and fellow advocates. Participants learned how to advocate for increased research funding and support, with a focus on overcoming barriers to research participation and improving outcomes for those affected by lung cancer.
