“I’m excited to share one of the projects I worked on during my PhD at the Universität Bern! The paper is now published in Molecular Cancer Therapeutics!
In this study, we investigated the impact of radiation therapy in combination with DNA damage repair pathway inhibition in head and neck cancer models. Our findings reveal that HPV status and p53 protein expression are critical in determining treatment outcomes in our experimental models. These factors may help shape the potential benefits of this treatment strategy in specific patient populations.
For more details, check out the paper. A big thanks to all my coauthors, collaborators, and supervisors!”
