“Exploratory analysis of biomarkers and histology in DUO-E pMMR.
The authors conclude that the pMMR subpopulation is highly heterogeneous, with frequent overlap of histologies and biomarkers. 84% of patients were positive for at least one biomarker.
Additionally, the incorporation of olaparib maintenance improved progression-free survival (PFS) across different histological subgroups and biomarkers.”
