“That’s a wrap on MASCC 2025 Congress! Super happy of having attended this meeting for the second time in a row, this time in Seattle (also, my first time in the US). I really felt part of a great community committed to improving supportive care to cancer patients, both with new studies and by training young HCPs.
I would alsonlike to thank The Multinational Association of Supportive Care in Cancer (MASCC) for giving me the opportunity to present in the Emerging Toxicities parallel session the results of the study IMMUNOSPECIAL, where we prospectively investigated the safety of immune checkpoint inhibitors in cancer patients with special comborbidities generally leading to trial exclusion, such as autoimmune diseases.
I don’t know yet if we will see next year in Melbourne – but I am surely proud of being part of this community!”
