“This week, our Board of Trustees met in person in Lisbon, Portugal. The goal of this meeting was to define strategies for CCI and plan for this year, with a focus on prioritizing mission fulfillment and maximizing impact on our community.
Our committees are currently working on a variety of projects to help us fulfill our mission of ensuring that every child with cancer has access to the best quality of treatment.
Our key objectives are:
- To be globally recognized as the voice of children and adolescents with cancer, their family members, and survivors.
- To ensure that all children and adolescents receive the best possible treatment and care, with a focus on reducing inequities in treatment.
- To strengthen member organizations, build capacity, and mobilize support for childhood cancer initiatives.”
