“I am extremely pleased to announce that our article ‘Advances in liquid biopsy: From exploration to practical application’ has just been published in Cancer Cell by Cell Press.
Liquid biopsy has received tremendous attention as a non-invasive approach for detecting and tracking cancer.
Here, we discuss the latest work on circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) and circulating tumor cells (CTCs) with respect to clinical applications, including cancer screening, early detection of relapse, real-time monitoring of therapeutic efficacy, and detection of therapeutic targets and resistance mechanisms.
