“We’re proud to share how we’re fostering cross-institutional collaboration through the ACS Cancer Research Internship Program for College Undergraduates!
On Tuesday, July 8, we welcomed interns from Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science to the USC campus for a full day of connection, learning, and hands-on experience.
Activities included:
- A morning workshop on research conferences led by the Charles R. Drew team
- A lunch and networking session with the USC SORF fellows, led by Dr. Anat Epstein
- Lab tours of Dr. Amir Goldkorn’s lab and Ana C. Maretti Garcia‘s lab
We’re excited to continue building bridges between institutions and inspiring the next generation of cancer researchers.”
