ACREOL Global staff recently paused our usual work to learn, reflect, and reconnect with the heart of what we do. During our staff training on Palliative Care, we explored:
- How to truly listen with the heart,
- Why showing up matters more than having the perfect words,
- Why following up means we haven’t forgotten,
- And how each of us, no matter our role, has something to give.
Because care begins in small actions, in how we listen, how we show up, and how we treat each other every day.”
