“Wow! Cemiplimab for advanced cutaneous SCC in patients with kidney transplant. Given with mTOR inhibitor + prednisone. In 12 pts – no kidney rejection or loss! RR 46% including 2 lasting > 1y. One death though due to anaphylaxis from mTORi cross-taper.
