“At the 2nd Synergies Forum on Cancer, the newly established working group on cancer in children, adolescents, and young adults, CAYASELLOK, hosted an insightful discussion with stakeholders from across Europe, on the need to harmonize oncology care for children, adolescents and young people in Europe.
This panel, under the excellent moderation of Menia Koukougianni, Co-Founder of the NGO Karkinaki and Coordinator of CAYAS, officially opened the public dialogue on this unique group of oncology patients.

CAYASELLOK aims to highlight both the challenges and developments related to this special group of cancer patients and to advocate for policy changes in healthcare that affect cancer patients and their families. Its primary goal is to ensure that cancer in children, adolescents and young adults becomes a priority in the National Cancer Plan currently being developed in our country.”
