“ASH 23 Our abstract studying immune clustering via CyTOF in AML pts receiving VEN+HMA.
-TP53m AML had increased expression of immune infiltrative phenotype at dx.
-Patients who achieve CR has immune depleted phenotype at Dx. In lines pre-clinical data, VEN+HMA up-regulate cytotoxic T-cell.”
