“We were proud to walk the streets of Harris Park with Pink Sari Inc and the Indian sub-continent community to mark World Cancer Day.
It was heartwarming to see so many people coming together to raise awareness of cancer, cancer screening, and person-centred cancer care.
Putting stories at the heart of the conversation, we heard from people with cancer, cancer survivors and carers about their personal experiences. We thank them for their vulnerability and bravery in sharing their stories, it was truly touching how much this resonated with all in attendance.
