“Today I was looking to see the current recruiting trials for patients with Desmoplastic Small Round Cell Tumors (DSRCT), and you know what?
I found only 10. That’s it.
And two of them were observational. Which means only eight interventional clinical trials exist worldwide for a disease with a 5-year overall survival of just 15-20%.
We need more trials and more funding and not next year, not in five years. Now!!!”
