The V Foundation shared on LinkedIn:
“Drumroll please!
We are pleased to announce that after raising $3M last night, we have raised $75.1M in total fundraising over the past decade to address cancer health inequities. Over the same timeframe, nearly 13% of the V Foundation for Cancer Research’s grants have gone to underrepresented researchers. The National Institutes of Health award approximately 3% of research grants to underrepresented researchers. Both of these announcements were made last night at our Boo-Yah event in New York City.
THIS is how you make an impact for all.”
