“One of the most important leadership qualities that we fail to hone is *listening* to how we *feel.*

Does something or someone make me feel nervous, uncertain, upset, scared, confused, or anxious?

Excited, ebullient? As we progress in our careers, we often listen to words more than feelings.But do the words said match the feelings that are being expressed? As we tune out our feelings – and tune it words – we often ignore important data.Perhaps someone needs to hear this today: your feelings count—more than words; listen to them!”
