“The manifesto consisting of 7 recommendations on improving cancer care in conflict-impacted populations has been published by The Lancet.
The Mission Cancer approach is a European Commission strategy that focuses on tangible benefits for citizens by combining research, innovation, policy and citizen engagement to achieve goals that could not be achieved by any of the sectors involved on their own.
If war can make words change their meaning (Thucydides), then it is high time to use words to address and change the detrimental impact of war on cancer care
